EXTERIOR
- Frame – Made from aluminium and can be finished in a selection of powder coated colours.
- Cladding – The exterior is made from sustainable wood and 100% recycled plastic. It is available in three colour choices and comes with a 20 year manufacturer’s warranty.
- Roof – EPDM single sheet rubber roof covering with a 20 year warranty.
- Doors – Lockable UPVC double glazed door available in three colour choices.
INTERIOR
- Insulation – PIR insulation to underfloor, walls and ceilings.
- Flooring – Made from Eco-Friendly wood and 100% recycled plastic, available in three colour choices and also includes a 20 year manufacturer warranty.
- Walls and Ceiling – Aluminium composite panels available in three colour choices as standard, custom choices are available.
- Power – Dedicated distribution board that plugs straight into an exterior/interior 13Amp Plug socket. Room9+ comes as standard with:
– Two double sockets with USB ports
– Wall mounted slimline heater with thermostat
– LED ceiling lighting
